Agriculture & Land Stewardship Training Tracks
Our work extends beyond production. We design and construct high tunnels, install irrigation and water systems, and provide technical assistance, PSA training, and GAP readiness support to emerging farmers. We help growers improve soil health, modernize post-harvest systems, and build pathways into farm-to-school, wholesale, and community distribution networks.
Through our Farm & Food Systems Workforce Pathway, youth, reentry citizens, and new growers engage in hands-on paid training across stackable certification and leadership tracks.
From raising hoop houses to guiding future land stewards, our work is hands-on, restorative, and rooted in service. Every crop we plant, every structure we build, and every person we train contributes to a thriving, resilient food system where land and people grow together.

● PSA (Produce Safety Alliance) Certification Training Safe wash/pack compliance for wholesale and institutional supply chains

● High Tunnel Construction & Season Extension Apprenticeship Structure assembly, irrigation layout, climate control, crop rotation strategies.
● Youth Leadership in Food Systems Cooperative economics, community market planning, enterprise development
